Returns
To return a product, you will need to open return request from your online account. To do this, login to your account, click on "My Orders", select the order you wish to return and click on "Request Return", then select the product(s) you would like to return, select a "Reason" for the request and the "Serial Number" then hit "Submit RMA Request". When your return request is approved you will receive an RMA number and further instructions of how to return you product(s).
The RMA must be enclosed with your returned product(s) and is valid for 10 days.
Returning a product ordered incorrectly
Open a "Returns Request" from your online account. Login to your account, click on "My Orders", select the order you wish to return and click on "Request Return", then select the product(s) you would like to return, select a "Reason" for the request and the "Serial Number" then hit "Submit RMA Request". When your return request is approved you will receive an RMA number and further instructions of how to return you product(s). The RMA must be enclosed with your returned product(s) and is valid for 10 days.
Returning a product that was not the one ordered
If you discover any discrepancies with your order please report it to us within 48 hours of receipt. You can do this by calling 0845 6588810, quoting your order number.
Returning a product that has arrived damaged
Any goods damaged on arrival must be signed for as damaged with the courier and reported to us within 48 hours of receipt. You can do this by either calling us on 0845 6588810 or by raising a "Returns Request" from your online account. Select the order number that you wish to return, then select the product(s) you would like to return, then select "Request Return", providing a reason for the request and the product serial number.
Returning a faulty item
If you believe that the product is under warranty, please ensure that you have read the "Troubleshooting" section of the user manual (if available) as many common issues can be resolved form that. Call the Technical Support Team of the product manufacturer to see if they can help resolve the problem. If you still can\'t resolve the problem open a "Return Request". Login to your account, click on "My Orders", select the order you wish to return and click on "Request Return", then select the product(s) you would like to return, select the "Reason" for the request and the "Serial Number" then hit "Submit RMA Request". We will then be in touch to discuss what options are available to you.
